About Me

I’m Rose McCullough, a certified transformation coach specialising in clarity, confidence, and navigating life transitions. I hold a PCC-level qualification in Life, Leadership & Executive Coaching from the IFCE (an ICF-accredited institution), and I’m also a certified mentor with The Mentoring Club.

With a background in sociology, human geography, and 14 years in marketing, I’ve spent my career understanding what drives people. Over time, I found myself naturally mentoring and coaching those around me, and I realised that this was the work I was truly passionate about. My personal path to a Good Life - moving abroad, navigating career shifts, and embracing self-discovery - has shaped both my development as a Transformation Coach and the creation of The Good Life Club’s unique transformation framework.
